Sound great. Doesn't charge or sit well in ear

Great sound but does not hold a charge. Also taking away the gps locator and the noise ping was the worst. That was a critical feature. They also do not stay in my ears. Fall out when gardening or running. Huge downgrade from the earlier sports model

I don't like the because I feel like I wasted my money because it's hard to hear with them ,I also have the new ones and it's the same way with them both, you can hear music Clair but not when you talk on the phone

Stopped Working in Under 2 Weeks (Good Sound Tho)

Sound quality is amazing, along with the noise canceling. Sound quality is better than Apple AirPods Pro 2 and noise canceling is on a similar level. BUT left earbud stopped working with less than 2 weeks of use. Filed a service request with Bose, but it'll take up to 4 weeks to process my replacement! It is nuts that a $300 pair of earbuds stopped working in under two weeks and that it'll take 4 weeks for a replacement! Very much upset about this, as a pair of noise canceling earbuds is very important to me.

I’ve had them 2 weeks. Definitely the most comfortable earbuds I’ve owned. Sound quality is excellent. Well worth the investment.
