I brought these earbuds a month ago and have really enjoyed them. The sound is clear without being to heavy. Both music and story books sound really good.

I bought these two weeks ago….I can’t figure out how to get both ears working when I put them in separately. I k ow confusing right? When I have the left earbud in and I put the right earbud in five minutes later it won’t come in. I am sure I am doing something wrong and haven’t had the one hour it take to get ahold of someone to help me.

I really don't use ear buds but I decided to shop around for a pair and landed on the Bose QC ultra and I must say these are 100 times better the apple, incredible bass, 3 different sound settings as soon as you drop them in your ear every sound literally stops, its like your transported to your own world... highly recommended to everyone ,, better the apple TY Bose

Purchased 3 months very good for music terrible for telephone calls, does not block out the sound at all and makes it impossible to have a good and clear conversation, the person on the call with you can hear all the background noise but amplified

Due to their open-ear design, these earbuds don't feature noise canceling. As for the phone call issue you've mentioned, make sure you're using the latest firmware version, as a recent update (4.0.22) has been made to improve the customer's experience on calls.

These are the greatest earbuds I’ve ever worn, and I’m astounded at how well they work. The noise cancelling feature is incredible, and the immersion setting is better than any speaker system I could ever come up with, truly. I love these so much!

I love these things! They work well as sound cancelling earbuds, but the listening experience is truly amazing when tuned into my favorite music. As an audiophile who has had high end audio equipment over the decades, it's hard to believe these small buds can make the music swirl around inside your head....a truly immersive audio experience!
