I love these earbuds, and I got them as "refurbished". The only problem I have, is the left earbud cover keeps coming off in my ear. I dont know if this was the original problem, but I'm going to get some new plastic covers because I can't find the additional ones sent from Bose. The sound quality is excellent..

Excellent sound and comfort

Excellent. I now have three versions of Bose earbuds (old and new Quiet Comfort and Sport earbuds and I find them the best in terms of battery length, noise cancelling and fit in my ears.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these about a month ago and they don’t work that well. The volume is not that good they go in and out. I’m really not pleased with them overall I am a Bose fan. I owe probably four or five different products and I love your company, but this particular headphones I don’t like it all thank you.
