Needs to improve quality of talking on the phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased and love them they are good to listen to soft music because is not loud . Is good to slept with them . But they are very bad when talking on the phone . I have not been able to use them in a conversation I can’t hear and people can’t hear me .

Also, protects your ears from excessive loudness of inserted or isolating headphones. Highly recommend for listening pleasure and long term ear health.

Good sound, connectivity so-so

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First premium earbuds. The ANC is good, some pressure with music off. I use them at work to filter printer and voice noise. Good sound, no complaints from me. The connectivity is ho-hum. I have to reset the connection not infrequently, something I haven’t experienced with cheap Bluetooth earbuds.

Great start but a damp squib later on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought Bose ear bud comfort few days back it was great way to begin with as sound was perfect, noise cancelling was working and comfort when I was running my running schedule .. I sweat a lot but these Bose hold perfectly in my ear after all sweat .. but problem came when my left earbud did not charge after two charges and it kept showing battery low and turned off.. tried everything but it does not charged so have to return that .. so all positive vibes was damper .

Hello, it's is really great to hear that these had great sound, and noise-cancelling. These do have an IPX4 rating, however when used for a work out, we recommend them being cleaned of any sweat at every use to prevent any damage. Great for audio, not as great for phone calls?
