Great all around

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the quiet comfort ear buds as a gift and they’re by far the best ear buds I’ve owned. Paired with the Bose app which allows me to fine tune the sound to my exact comfort level! The noice cancellation is great and the earbuds comfortable in my ears. Would recommend these to anyone wanting a great listening experience

Great out of the box

I have had these for a few months now and the sound quality has drastically reduced already. Out of the box they were great but not so much anymore.

Poor quality product and often defective

I bought these a month ago and so far have had to return one pair because they were defective (crackling noise in one side heard constantly). The second replacement pair I've received has experienced the same problem after 3 weeks of use. So sad...Bose used to have quality products but these were so disappointing.

So close yet so far

These could've been the perfect everyday multi use pair of earbuds for an audiophile, but it just falls short on a few simple things. First and not as important but the water resistance (not waterproofing) falls short of even using them after a shower, residual water could be too much, which is concerning when potentially using in the gym. On top of that and more importantly the mic quality is horrible in call and recording. It picks up all ambient noise and there is no setting for this, I think this could be fixed in software too and if so that makes it worse.

Bought them a few weeks ago and can't get over hownimpressice the sound quality is. I put them on and I'm completely immersed in the sound. Highly recommend.

I'd first recommend making sure you are keeping the buds within 10m/33ft of your smartphone/media device.
