Difficult to get out of case without dropping

I purchased a couple of weeks ago, pleased with the sound and performance. I am disappointed with the difficulty of getting ear buds out of the case as I’ve dropped them multiple times. This is the reason I had to purchase the ultra version as I had the older version that stopped working after being dropped over 2 year period.

My husband has always struggled with earbuds staying in his ear. He is thrilled and absolutely loves this set. He appreciates how intuitive they are. He is able to wear them throughout the workday without concern of losing them.

Great Sound and Fit

Solid buds, but poor reliability.

Buds sounded great for the first few months. Then, issues with one bud not coming on, then another not charging. Now, they are not usable since I can’t get them synced and/or one of the ear buds will not connect. Pretty frustrating.

Best quality sound of any earbud
