Sound is great, not happy about the new ear peace. Does not fit firmly in ear.

Terrible connectivity with Android phones

Sounds great but connectivity is pretty poor especially on Android phones. Connection unstable and intermittent.

First Bose earbuds purchase does not disappoint

These earbuds definately exceeded my expectations. Setup was fairly easy with the Bose app. The various ways to control volume, calls, listening modes, etc. are really impressive. Setting them up is a bit of a task, mainly because there are so many different combinations. So far, the ANC is excellent. I was not sure how it would compare to my QC over-the-ear headphones, but I haven't been disappointed with the sound quality. One thing I noticed was the quality at lower volumes, even when the ambient noise is significant (as while riding in a vehicle). I did have some soreness after using them for about 5 hours. That may be my fit setup though. Price is a bit steep, but for Bose performance, that is the price of admission I gurss. Hopefully, these will serve me well for years to come. Overall, I would highly recommend these earbuds; top notch ANC, full featured control, and the immersion listening mode is very impressive.
