Better sound and fit.

Upgraded from an older pair of ear buds, and was genuinely surprised on how well the immersion mode feels, and the fit it better then before. Miss how the older charging box had more indication of how much juice it had left.

Could be better

I like the size and comfort of these but the sound, in my opinion, isn’t as good as the Quiet Comfort Earbuds II. The bass isn’t as deep and the sound is a little “tinny.” Also, every once in a while, I’ll get some kind of interference that sounds very metallic. These have been a disappointment compared to other Bose products.
What I really want is a replacement for my wired Quiet Comfort 20 buds that Bose no longer sells. Those were the best.

Terrible decision

Very poor performance. It disconnects when I switch apps from my IPhone. People can barely hear me talking when using them for a call. I regret the purchase. Please don’t buy.

The sound quality is amazing you are able to hear anything when they are on it has different settings I bought them new and it still ending up having 2 little scratch but other then that works great
