The sound is good and the fit is nice however connecting to the app doesn't work half the time, there's a bit of a noise when nothing is playing and can sometimes be heard during breaks in music or when listening to audiobooks, and sometimes the left bud pops randomly. I sort of like my previous headphones a bit more because of this but hoping the app will get an update to help with connection issues soon.
I particularly needed the noise canceling and it is amazing but my ear buds regularly disconnect from my phone, making it incredibly frustrating and not worth it to sit there over and over And try to connect- parker way

Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s great to hear that the noise-canceling meets your expectations, but we understand how frustrating frequent disconnections can be. It would be recommended to check for firmware updates or try resetting the earbuds to see if that helps. In case the issue persists, please feel free to reach out to our team for additional support.
Not that impressed. I do not think it is any better than the older ones

Music quality is good. Sound quality for calls on phones is not good. First, a colleague told me that these headphones pick up way more background noise than my apple ear pods. He asked me if I was in a construction zone when I was wearing the Bose. (We tested both while I was riding the train to work and he said the apple call quality was better and had less ambient noise than my bose.). Second, I also had difficulty hearing my colleague even with the volume turned up 100% with the Bose. When I put my apple ear buds in, the sound level was fine. The only reason I bought these was because I had lost one of my prior bose earbuds. My prior bose ear buds were appreciably better. Disappointed.
