No Improvement for these Earbuds!

These earbuds are very uncomfortable to wear more than 1/2 hour at a time. The old design of the rubber surround of the prior earbuds were much better and these earbuds are not a significant improvement over the prior model. I hope Bose will listen and go back to the rubber ear pieces that worked.
The noise canceling is great, the sound is great, the fit is great. But the connectivity and interface is glitchy and unreliable. They keep pausing my music randomly, have trouble connecting to everything at once (please can't I just choose to be connected to one device instead of them trying to connect to all 3 and getting confused??). I'd expect better tech out of such a known name & high price point. My Galaxy buds were seamless in this regard and these... are not.
Connection issues, hissing in left bud, loud pops when turning on that hurt ears. Case logo wore off in less than a month. Will try to return or exchange.
The headphones sound and noise cancelling are impeccable. Music sounds amazing, the immersive audio is very impressive. The problem I have with the headphones are the phone bluetooth quality. the person on the other end, whether in absolute quiet or outside, can hear absolutely every sound, every bit of wind, and its nearly impossible to have a phone conversation. I know that I don't buy headphones for the phone capabilities alone, but its very bad. Im hoping a software update can fix this.
Very funky very very funky. I keep having to get this to reconnect to my tv as well as with the QC headphones which don't seem to connect very well either. this is very difficult to admit to because both used to be a premier product but it just keeps dropping off.
