Disappointing service with zero resolution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this device in the month of November 2024. Visited the service center in the first 2 months post purchase. The device automatically gets disconnected. Every now and then I need to do a factory reset to use the same even the tech team at the service centre could not resolve the issue which till date I.e 6th Feb 2025 still persists

Major drawback I felt was it is not great while taking call. In in a closed room, other side is not able hear you properly. You have to speak loudly. Maybe you work on it mic or something.
