Great sound horrible connectivity

The sound of amazing, eat comfort is really good. But for the connectivity, it sucks. It doesn't always connect or one does but not the other. For costing $300 it connects like a $19 earbud.

I bought the Quitecomfort II’swhen they first came out and loved them, now that I have the Ultra’s “Wow” what a difference Bose has definitely stepped up there game with these earbuds Fantastic Job guys I love them even more!

This is my second pair I had to return the first pair because they would not connect to my iPhone So far no issues with the second pair. Great sound and great fit

It's been approximately 3 weeks since I've purchased the ultras, and I'm impressed with the sound. Now I'm no audiophile but they sounds great to me. My complaints are as follows, In my opinion the app is only good for the equalizer, and for such an expensive kit, there is no "Find my buds" function. Have to compare to Apple' buds. Apple' version have more standard features that actually work, like find my buds, auto mute for conversations , sound great, and wireless charging that you dont have to spend another $80 for. Leaving out the wireless charging function to make an extra buck doesn't sit well with me. I'm just saying that they cost more than Apple' version so you would think coming from Bose, that they would be superior in every way.
