Good but still work to do!!!

Works fine but the spatial audio (immersive audio) is not that good like the EarPods pro from apple, sometimes you don’t even notice the difference configured as tracking head, also had to repair with my iPhone once, because suddenly was ‘t connecting at all, sometimes you hear like is disconnecting and then connected again, idk if is only in iPhone, but there are connectivity issues that must be worked out

These earbuds are nice but do not warrant their price tag. These earbuds are very comfortable and have decent noise canceling but that's it. The app lacks a lot of features and doesn't offer much in terms of sound customization. Also I got a defective unit because I've only had them for 2 weeks and I've encountered so many problems such as rapid battery drain while in use, connectivity issues and poor charging.
Overall it was a very disappointing purchase and I'm much happier with my Sony WF1000XM5.
If these were cheaper I would give these three stars. You can find better earbuds at that price point such as the Sony WF1000XM5 or Sennheiser Momentum 4 True Wireless, that have better customization options, better sound profiles and better connectivity.

These earbuds are better than expected. I've owned noise cancelling from other brands but these have got to be one the best. The sound quality is top notch and battery life exceptional!

great content sound - okay ambient sound

these are great ; but not , for me , quite as great as the Bose Hear Phones that you used to make . I can hear ambient sound with these ; but I am hard of hearing and these Quiet Comfort ear buds don't allow me to increase the volume of ambient sound like the old Hear Phones - but they make music sound great and their noise cancelling ability is superb . They are a spectacular product but I still need help hearing ambient sound .

Ppl can’t hear me well

I have some issues with product , mostly ppl complaining that they can’t hear me well . I tried different modes no luck so far , did troubleshooting etc .. it’s varies though and it’s not consistent but after talking like 5 min other person start complaining that there is noise every time I speak .
