Aware mode lacking

Ordered these a few weeks ago and The sound is impressive. My problem is the noise canceling. If cancelation is on the entire world is blocked out, you won't hear anything outside of the earbuds. This is probably excellent for most users. I spend most of my music listening time with/around family and friends and even with the aware mode turned to max everything is severely muffled. It's like the world is mumbling and I can't hear, so this rules out wearing them for music and/or phone monitoring. I have played with the EQ and custom settings in the app and can't adjust this so that I can wear the ear buds while in the company of anyone and I certainly don't feel safe wearing them during outdoor activities. I've worn them while doing yard work with my husband and son, and my husband had a crisis and needed my help, and I couldn't hear him calling out for me from 50 feet away. They've gone back into the charger/case where they've sat unused. I REALLY wish the aware mode actually worked so I'm not closed off from the world.

Excellent for cutting the grass, my riding lawnmower is loud and after 5 hours of cutting they are really nice

Pretty good

I guess they would work out pretty well, but they are not what I was looking for. I was looking for something that would attach to the TV so I could turn it up and the neighbors wouldn't hear it. The walls where I live are very very thin. I'll look again later. I'll keep these and try to find something to attach them to where I can hear music.

Not so good noise cancellation

I bought them about a month ago and will admit the sound is incredible the only problem is the noise cancellation does not work as good as plantronics ear piece but, that maybe because one is for sound and the other is for music.

Fixed and better then before

So honestly, when I first bought it, it had multiple issues that was fixed. Now the sound of music was beautiful. But had issues with talking, that is no longer a problem thank God lol. Ma and my wife both bought a pair. Never had a problem with them falling out my ears during running and they never even move. But I would not run in the rain with these bad boys. Also I don't believe that are water proof or resistant. But still my favorite everyday buds.
