Exceptional Sound Quality - It's Bose!

I love the audio quality and options for "aware" and "quiet" for noise cancellation. My only wish is that it doesn't feel and sound like you are under water when talking. It takes a little getting used to, but I still feel like my ears are "plugged." I guess this is necessary for the buds to fit into the ears snugly. Overall, I enjoyed finding a brand that is not Apple. Their air buds are horrible at conference calls. I can use the Bose buds for both music and work calls.

Bought these a few weeks ago (I've owned EVERY generation of Bose noise-cancelling earbud), and they are by far the best. Better battery life, more consistent bluetooth connection, and improved sound. Love the noise cancelling microphone - means I don't have to carry a second bluetooth with that feature just for professional calls in airports and noisy places. Perfection!

Sounds Quality is amazing once you get the right settings but the incoming call volume is very low also it picks up all the noise around you and the other person can't hear you. It's a bit uncomfortable in the ear if not positioned correctly, I have to position mine down to get a more comfortable fit. Also earphones only last exactly 2 hours per charge. Looks nice but not that light weight and it falls out alot.

The sound quality is great. I loved my QCII on-ear headphones, and that was why I got these, although I had an AirPods 3
Development areas:
Immersive audio turns off, and multiple times, I have to make it on through the app
It doesn't work with Siri
Not comfortable on one of my ears, although I tried all the sizes of sealing materials

Sorry to hear you're having issues with calls. This could be attributed to your paired smartphone being too far away from the device, or interference. I'd recommend keeping the smartphone close when using calls, and be aware of items nearby that could encroach on the wireless signal between the device and your buds. If the problem persists when you have checked these things, I'd suggest unpairing the buds and then establish a new connection.
