Affordable and Easy to Install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you to Influenster for sending me the RL 5/6-inch Retrofit Night Light for testing and review.
Right off the bat, I wish this light was in app or Alexa controlled. It seems silly with all the great tech out there that this night light wouldn’t be on that list. Visa Vis, if going on vacation you must manually cycle the switch before leaving the house. That’s fine if you’re only going to be gone for a day or two,but a 10 day excursion to the Caribbean while leaving said light on the whole time is just not in my wheelhouse. Other than that, instillation was super easy as everything needed was included in the box provided. The hardest thing about this project was deciding where to put the night light as we didn’t really have just one can light on a single switch. Therefore I’m going to have to purchase one on my own as I have two in the hallway. Other than that, the one provided was easy and straightforward for install. Looks good so far. Price point is very affordable for a manual recessed night light of this sort. Looks great and does the job. Thanks again. Enjoy!

The fact that it is a night light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This light gives me purpose. We put it in the bathroom and as it serve as a nite light this means I dont have to switchon a bright light at night. It was easy to install. And you can use it with a dimmer is even better.

So simple to install!

a great feature and this light is over our stairwell and three light flicks and it’s on for our kids. The light is great too. I love everything came with it.

Decent light

I understand that I may be in the minority on that, or maybe I need to add a second. It works well though, so overall I would have to say I would recommend .

Easy to install

The lighting is perfect for where we needed it. The light works just as it should. I'm impressed by the quality and hiw affordable it is. We are definitely adding more to our home.

We can all finally sleep in peace!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My youngest son is afraid of the dark. We have to leave the hallway light on for him every night and it gets old- because the light of the hallway light shines right into my husband and I's room... right into our bed. It's very hard to sleep. This light that we received is a game changer. My son is not afraid to go to bed without the blaring bright light of the hallway anymore. The nightlight feature is very helpful and is easy to get around and see when it's on. And it was also easy to install- I say easy to install, but we both are pretty handy with the DIY so someone who doesn't know how to install a light may have issues. With installing lighting/electrical items period I would definitely be careful if you didn't know exactly what you were doing but that's just a disclaimer.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking to update the look of the lighting in my hallway and came across this light. It was super wasy to install and looks amazing. I love the added nightlight as it helps keep the hallway bright enough to make it to bathroom, but not too bright as to keep up.
