Another one that is a must have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What caught my attention when my Dremel arrived, was the slim and slick packaging, i pulled the nice and very well made carrying case out the box, plugged the compact charger and battery in are, letting it charge , and got right to work with it, it has the power of a corded Dremel, but yet its a cordless brushless motor with an 12v battery, that can easily stand the test of time, rivaling its predecessors , its versatile design ensures maximum performance, lasting twice as long in runtime, compatibles with all dremel accessories, and most importantly its durability
I would recommend this to a friend!

Its battery lasts a long time and charges completely very fast. It is well built and very sturdy. It fits very comfortable in my hands. I have an older model which was excellent but this tool will last much longer on one charge. I highly recommend it. You will love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dremel 8250 Cordless Brushless Rotary Tool is the best rotary tool I've ever used!! I love doing many different craft work and I fell in love with how simple made and very convenient to be able to use!!! It's great tool very easy to use and very fast charging, It has a good battery that lasts hours!! Also the best part can be use any where since its cordless! It's pretty powerful and easy to use. It worked well on plastic and wood, great tool to have around the house and for any creative artists!! The instructions were very clear and love the case that comes with it! Highly recommended for everyone and you won't be disappointed in the purchase!

Amazing tool, incredibly versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Dremel 8250 cordless for a few weeks now, and I'm seriously impressed. It's my first Dremel, and I wish I'd got one of these years ago, it is so versatile and useful, I've used it to sharpen my very dull Forstner bits, cut the ends off some bolts, and used it to sand the difficult to reach finger holds on a set of end grain chopping boards I made. The controls are right where you'd want them, and the ability to vary the speed (with the wheel) is great and helps to give you as much control as possible. It's light and controllable enough to be held in many different ways, useful for when doing fine detail work. I love the clever built-in collet nut tightening system that means you don't need to use the included tiny wrench (that I'd probably lose), you just loosen the front part of the tool that partially comes off to use as a wrench, but won't fall off unless you completely remove the collet and collet nut, very clever and a useful feature. The motor is surprisingly powerful for such a small tool, and even with decent pressure, the motor didn't struggle. I find its ergonomics are very good, comfortably shape and nice rubberized grip make it easy to use, and the build quality is great, I managed to knock it onto the concrete floor of my garage (just me being clumsy), but it was a pretty big drop and it still works perfectly. I haven't managed to run the battery down fully, even after using it for a good amount. The pack comes with all the charger battery and tool bits, but also a clever system for cut-off wheels (plastic and metal ones), all in a nice case.
In all, I highly recommend the Dremel 8250, it is an amazing tool, and the collection of bits and additions make this an incredible system, it being cordless takes it to the next level.

GREAT TOOL DREMEL NEVER DISAPPOINTS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with the grip , it's very comfortable and not a hard plastic that slides in your grip.
The day we received the 8250-5 we were putting a larger shower in the lower level bathroom it's acrylic we had to cut a section out for the shower head . It cut so smooth and quick my husband now has the Dremel 8250-5 in his tool box.

This is any DIY'er MUST HAVE !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd cordless Dremel. Comparing Dremel 8250 to my old Dremel Micro is like comparing apples to oranges. The Dremel 8250 blows the Dremel Micro out of this universe. The 8250 is bigger, has more power and I was able to finish an entire project with just the initial charge. Its mind blowing. I am utterly shocked but not surprised. I have never had a problem with any of my Dremel product. Keep up the good work Dremel and I would absolutely love if Dremel came out with a new Dremel Lathe machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i recieve my 8250-5 i was finishing up some of my wood work i try most of my sand attacments with this tool the rotary tool feel good in your hand did the job i want it to do i finish my work with no hassle with the tool i would recommend this procduct if i wasnt test this for dremel i would buy this my self it easy to use fast charging take all atachment good this will be used the most in my tool box

The 8250 Rotary Tool is my all-around Favorite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got the 8250 last week, and I am pleasantly impressed. I like the shape of the rotary tool, it fits nicely into my hand and its rubbery surfaces where my fingers hold the tool allows me comfort but most importantly a tight hold. I've been making curved metal shelves that required welded connection pieces, so I used the cutoff disk supplied with the 8250 to remove excess weld material. I was able to use this tool for about an hour cutting the welds and the battery power was still available. That's super. I didn't think that the small 12 volt battery was that powerful. After charging the battery for about an hour, I went outside and put new bolts in my wheel barrel. The bolts were tool long so I decided to use the 8250 to cut the excess screw material off the bolts. Again, I was impressed that this tool had the power to cut through a 5/16" diam steel bolt. I ran through a few of the cutoff disks doing this, but the 8250 just kept on cutting. I like that the motor in this rotary tool is brushless, as I am sure that this helps to reduce the amount of power absorbed by the tool. I am finding a lot more porjects where this tool will be used in the future. I really like the nice cloth case that holds this tool, the battery, the charger and the accessory kit.
