[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this cordless rotary tool. Is a good size to handle maybe just a bit large for smaller hands. Does have enough power for the jobs I have used it for so far. Haven't run through a battery yet. Comes with a set of cutting wheels and a quick removal collet that makes changing tools easy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great Dremel product. I have other Dremel tools, but having one that is cordless is a big plus. I used this tool to work on the transitions between 2 rooms in my house. The floors are different in each room, so I used the Dremel to grind down the edges of the tile to transition to laminate wood. It worked great. Also since I didn't have a plug nearby, it was really a great thing to use. Thank you Dremel for making such useful and practical tools.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cordless Dremel 8250-5 is an good tool. I like the way the digital power is and how it shows how much battery life is left. The only downfall to the torque power is you have to turn the dial. I would prefer a button to press instead. It is really strong and I like the power it has. I used it for cutting 1/2" pvc pipe and it was amazing how it cut through it. I like the charging station and how it charges fast.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the speed and power of the tool, charges fast right out of the box. Easy removal of the battery from the tool is a plus. However I feel the tool is to heavy for finer dealing work on the wood crafts. With the weight I feel it works better on larger projects and cutting.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a Dremel (wired) for years and I always thought that wireless tools just weren't powerful enough . . .I was wrong. This is about as powerful as my corded Dremel, and it allows for more flexibility on where and how it can be used due to be cordless. My corded Dremel has it's purpose, but this newer 8250-5 also has a spot on my tool bench.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tool charges fast and is easy to hold. Nice tool case. Has a long run time, the bits work well. having the variable speed is great it keeps dust down. Nice to have a tool that fits well in your hand and very easy to hold when working with it. Case has extra room for accessories.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this handy little tool! It's easy to use, and love the case that it comes in. It's easy for me to lose things, so being able to keep everything in one place is very convenient. If for whatever reason this thing ever breaks, I'll go out and replace it with the exact same thing, because I love it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed by the power and length of charge the 8250 has. I have the the 7700 cordless Dremel. I would highly recommend upgrading to the 8250. It proforms better in every way. It is a tool that now can replace my corded Dremel. It has some very nice features like a display to show your speed and battery charge, both come in handy. It has a rubber grip for comfort and better control.
