The AI feature is very nice when shopping or on the go translation with Google Translate.

Great noice canceling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones are nice because they tuck in my issue is they fall out they are made too big. When I chew or talk they fall. They connect easily charge well and actually cancel noise. Just falling out is the disappointment

We noticed that you may be having concerns about the fit og your buds. The new design truly emphasizes comfort, allowing you to simply place them in your ears without the need for earbud tips. When you’re setting them up, make sure to check the bottom for the L and R directional marks. Just insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and do the same with the L bud for your left ear. Angle the blade slightly so the microphone points towards your mouth for the best experience. Feel free to adjust the fit by rotating the buds forward and backward until it feels just right for you. Very convenient and sleek

I miss the first buds

Honestly, none of them has been as good as the very first ones.You guys put out and i've been chasing that. I don't know my music. Just seems like it doesn't seem as loud as it was in the first ones, and I just lost the very first ones about a year ago. I've had all of the ones in between, and yeah, i'm going to say, nothing beats those that you guys have made but love samsung
