I could not keep these in my ears. The charger went out after a month.
Response from Samsung USBy R&R TeamMarch 31, 2025
We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us, Cheri. Your candid feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 is greatly appreciated. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro offers up to 30 hours of listening time when used with the charging case. However, actual battery life may vary depending on usage conditions, such as function settings, playback file type, and Bluetooth signal strength. If your earbuds are not charging correctly, please try the following troubleshooting steps: First, use the included charging cable with a USB charger. Second, ensure that the charging case is functioning properly. Third, check for any debris in the charging cradle's pin connectors. Fourth, inspect the charging connectors on the Galaxy Buds for obstructions. Finally, use the Wear app to confirm if one of the earbuds is not charging and make sure that each bud is securely seated inside the charging case. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. If you continue to experience challenges, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support for further assistance. -Kelvin

Left earbud is super low and post responsiveness for tapping it after less than 2 months. They're also very uncomfortable sadly. Had the buds2 before and already miss them...

Thanks for reaching out, Faby. Your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 is greatly appreciated. We're glad to see that you made the upgrade from the Buds2 and we're here to help you get the most out of your new buds. We did see that you may be experiencing some challenges with one of your buds being low on sound. One of the steps you can take to ensure that both buds have the same volume is to ensure both buds have the same volume by adjusting the volume settings on your phone using the Volume Up key, as the phone and earbuds have separate volume controls. You can also control the volume directly on the earbuds by setting up touchpad commands. Make sure to check the media volume limiter settings and the battery status in the Galaxy Wearable app as a low battery may affect performance. Additionally, make sure to check the battery life by placing the earbuds in the charging case, which may have an indicator light located on the front or rear. Low battery life on one buds could make the sound lower. As far as the touch responsiveness, try restarting your earbuds or performing a complete reset if needed. Lastly, don’t forget to check for software updates through the Galaxy Wearable app or by connecting to a PC. If you have further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at Samsung Support and we would be more than happy to further assist you! -Kelvin

Going back to my Buds2
on June 12, 2025
Posted by: Dorkasaurus69
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung kind of dropped the ball here. They sound a little flat and they are NOT comfortable to wear! You can buy silicone covers for a fit, but they are a real hassle to put on, and they will not fit in the case and have to be removed. And you would have to do this every..single..time. If you want the set with ear tips they significantly cost a lot more. They should have offered the ear tips for both sets. And finally, with the smaller design, the batteries are too, and they get used up a little too quickly.
To make calls, it works perfect with Galaxy Ai and Bixby. And I have been told they sound better than through the phone itself.
The blade design is rather unique and takes a little getting used to. They still look like airpods to me.
If I could ask for a refund, I would. They need to go back to the drawing board. I love my Buds2, and will be keeping them for a while longer.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3! It's great to see that you appreciate the call quality with Galaxy AI and Bixby, as well as the unique blade design. For sound customization, the Galaxy Wearable app offers an Equalizer feature that allows you to adjust the audio profile to better suit your preferences. If the sound feels flat, selecting a different preset or customizing the equalizer settings can help enhance your listening experience. Regarding battery life, the Buds3 are designed for extended use. Storing them in the charging case when not in use will help optimize their battery performance. You can check the battery level through the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you're getting the most out of each charge. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience! If you have any further concerns or questions, please reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

Not the best

Sooo this was not a well thought out or designed product. They are bulky and the sound quality can't really be enjoyed without cramming them into your ears. Speaking of....dont wear them at the gym or even walking too hard they create moisture and fall out of your ear all while providing poor sound quality. The time between these and the next ones release let me know a lot. Then the trade in values are awful and not worth it I'd rather keep a non working item I paid triple the offered trade for than to waste my money that way.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey MRBMF, Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your Galaxy Buds3! We appreciate you taking the time to tell us about your experience. Since the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds and not canal-style, they lack ear tips. To begin, simply place them in your ears. Look at the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks; you'll see an L and an R. Insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L into your left ear with the L facing you. Slightly angle the buds so the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth instead of straight down. You can improve the fit by rotating the buds forward or backward until they feel comfortable. Please see the links below for instructions on how to properly wear your Galaxy Buds3. Thanks for taking the time to share your honest feedback on the Galaxy Buds3, Morsi. We always love getting feedback from our customers as we continue to make improvements. With the Buds3, you can enjoy amazing audio quality, no matter how you wear them. The Adaptive Equalizer, powered by Galaxy AI, adjusts the sound based on how the Buds fit in your ears, allowing you to experience immersive audio while on the go. We love that you like new slick design of the Buds3. We noted your concerns about the fit and connectivity with your Z Flip6. If your phone cannot connect to your Galaxy Buds3, getting them to connect again will only take a couple of steps. Performing a restart on the earbuds, resetting the Bluetooth connection, or updating the Galaxy Wearable app will normally fix this. Check out the link attached for additional troubleshooting options to help resolve this. Regarding fit, the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds rather than canal-type, so they do not have earbud tips. To use them, simply place them in your ears to get started. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. We hope that this helps resolve your concerns with the Buds3. Don't waste your money

The single worst pair of headphones I ever bought. Very let down. Buds pro2 were great. These are super thin sounding, don't fit in the ear well, and the noise cancel basically doesn't do anything.
Response from Samsung USBy R&R TeamMarch 27, 2025
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3, Aggie. We appreciate your honest feedback and hate to see that your experience hasn’t met your expectations. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed to provide high-quality audio. To enhance your listening experience, you might want to consider customizing the sound using the equalizer settings in the Galaxy Wearable app. This feature allows you to adjust the audio profile to suit your preferences. Regarding the fit, the Galaxy Buds3 are crafted to stay secure during use, but comfort can vary depending on individual ear shapes. To achieve the best fit, ensure the earbuds are positioned correctly by inserting them with the imprinted direction marks facing you and the microphone oriented towards your mouth. Rotating the earbuds gently to the left and right can help them sit securely in your ears. For the noise-canceling feature, the Galaxy Buds3 offer Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) to reduce background sound distractions. If you feel the feature isn’t performing as expected, ensure that it is activated either by pinching and holding the earbuds (if the controls are set to noise-canceling) or through the Galaxy Wearable app. Proper positioning of the earbuds is also critical for effective noise cancellation, as the feature works best when the earbuds are fitted snugly. We value your feedback on these aspects, and it helps us continuously refine and enhance our products. If there’s anything further you’d like to share or if you need assistance optimizing your experience, don't hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3, Gman. Your insights help us as we continue to make improvements and changes. We see that you had some concerns regarding the fit and the buds' sound being a little low. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. All you have to do to get started is simply place them in your ears. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward until the fit feels right. If you're experiencing low sound, make sure to check the volume settings on your phone. You can increase the sound using the Volume up key. Keep in mind that the phone and the earbuds have two separate volume controls, so if the volume is set to max on your phone and the sound output is still low, this is likely the reason. To control the volume on the earbuds themselves, you'll need to set up touchpad commands. Additionally, be sure to check the media volume limiter settings on your device. For more troubleshooting options, please be sure to check out the link attached. If this continues to be your experience, do not hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin
