They are really bad staying in place, they falls super easy all the time... I don't like them at all.. I prefer old ones I have the first ones and they are still great after like 5 years

The Galaxy Buds3 are made for all ear types, though we acknowledge that the new design might take some time to get used to for some users. To help you achieve that perfect fit, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You’ll see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Make sure to angle the microphone slightly towards your mouth, rather than straight down, and feel free to adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels just right. If you're noticing static noises while using your Galaxy Buds3, we recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps. First, check for any software updates for your earbuds as well as your connected phone or tablet to ensure that you have the latest versions. Restarting and resetting your earbuds can also help clear any minor concerns. Please refer to the links attached for options to help troubleshoot the static noise and to help you get the best fit with your buds. Be mindful that Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. The sound quality is amazing Thera no static or interference. This product is also compatible with all galaxy devices. They are very comfortable to wear as well
