A slippery mess.

Sound great when they can actually stay in my ears. Went from buds 2 pro to these and mostly regret purchasing these. Buds are also hard to get back into charging case as I've already dropped them twice trying to fit them back in. Trying to do any of the pinching and swiping on the stems cause the bud to just fall out so now I've lost the ability to just use the buds to skip pause or change volume without having to readjust. Had these on a 7 day vacation so I've already sent in my old buds and now are stuck with these.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't bother with non pro buds

Non pro bud won't stay in my ear, I had to return these as soon as I received them unfortunately. I would like to try the pros, but it looks like they have issues as well...

They don't fall out!!! I have been disappointed with all of the earbuds. They never fit my ears and always fall out. These have fixed this issue. I wish they were a little smaller and came in different color options, but these are so much better.

Poor quality in more ways than 1

I returned this item. I am not sure if this will be all of the new buds that come out, but mine did not work well at all! They didn't fit in my ear, too big, when I tried to fit them in my ear the buds would screech. The quality of sound was very poor as well, when I used them to talk on the phone the other parties voice had a high pitch squeal. They felt of poor quality also. So I returned them. Very sad I was excited to get them. The new watch is amazing though.

The buds3 sound is okay, but my major concern was that it kept falling off. That's a poorly designed earbud. I doubt if they actually considered we all have different ear size.

Missed the target.

While the sound is excellent, Samsung missed the mark on designe as these fall off easily. At least in my case these are very slippery because the don't fit perfectly well. As a result the fall off easily. The triangular shape is out of the ordinary and makes cumbersome to press the controls. The case is nice and helps keep the charge on the buds for a long time. However, these are not worth the upgrade from my buds pro.
