Since the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds without ear tips, it can take a bit of adjusting to find that perfect fit. To ensure they sit snugly in your ears, start by placing the right bud (marked with an R) in your right ear and the left bud (marked with an L) in your left ear. Make sure the marks are facing you. A little tip: angle the bud slightly so that the microphone points towards your mouth. You can also try rotating the buds slightly forwards or backwards until they feel secure. Give this a shot and we're sure you'll find that perfect fit that keeps them in place even with movement! Since the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds, they don’t come with traditional ear tips, which can feel quite different if you're used to canal-type earbuds. To help ensure they stay secure, we recommend checking the directional marks on the bottom of each bud. Make sure to insert the R bud into your right ear (with the R facing you) and the L bud into your left ear (with the L facing you). This positioning is crucial! Additionally, angling the microphone slightly towards your mouth rather than straight down can enhance both fit and voice clarity during calls. While wearing the buds, feel free to adjust by rotating them forwards and backwards until it feels just right. A little tweaking can really make all the difference! Good sound, falls out of my ears

Apparently I need wings on the buds in order to stay in my ears. Just chewing while listening makes them fall out. The sound is good, but my anxiety about them falling out is going to ruin these for me. I did buy 3rd party silicone covers for the buds that add a wing, and those made them fit very well, however the charging case won't charge when those are on. So since I don't want to remove them each day just to charge, they aren't a solution. I am sure some people have the perfect shaped ear for these buds 3, just not for me I guess.

Not so good battery life

Battery life runs out too fast, even if you don't use the earbuds, even when they're sitting in their case. I've Anaya used Bose and decided to purchase these bc of the AI feature, I'm returning these and going back to Bose.

Wont fit in my ear no matter how much i try!!

I been samsung fan freak since galaxy s3. Always sticking with samsung products. I got these buds thinking they are good and will be a great asset while working out, listening to music and during calls. I dont have complain about the battery life and the sound quality. Everything is top notch but it wont simply fit in my ears!! I tried everything, tried replacing the bud's eartip part, changes the sizes.. nothing, nothing works at all. It keeps on falling after sometime and apparently its so irritating! I cant focus on my workout because i have to worry about my earbuds about to fall. i researched online and found out that even other people are facing similar problems. Samsung is such a big company and they should do more research on product design so that it dont have issues like this. Samsung never disappointed me but with this product, i am hugely disappointed.
