The new buds 3

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I added the new buds 3 when I upgraded my watch. I always had issues with other buds staying in my ears. I have no issues with these. The sound and fit are prefect. I like the features and how they function with my devices.

Exceptional successor to the Buds Live

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer an open ear bud for long phone calls. While I appreciated the Buds Live open ear style, I like the Buds 3 blade design much better. They're much more comfortable in the ear for long term wear. The audio quality in and out is also exceptional! People on the phone with me can't hear any background noise, and say they can hear me quite clearly in noisy environments. These Buds are awesome!

Sadly a bad experience!!

It is pretty sad what Samsung has become, I waited three weeks to receive the headset and they were late, once I got them to be super honest they felt cheap compared to other brands for the price, and the sound was not outstanding at all as they promised, you have to play with the settings to make them sound better, the pathetic part was that once I had to charge them one of them didn't hold charge, so I got a hold of Samsung support to get a replacement where they denied me a replacement and on top of that I had to pay full price to reorder instead of what I originally spent. The agent ended up dropping the call so I'm done with Samsung
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
