Amazing Open ear buds

I liked the design and open concept.
After buds live, every ear buds cause me ear rash.
But I still believe you guys and bought buds3.
So far, it's great.

There was a few reason that I bought this ear buds.
1. Galaxy AI : My boyfriend only can speak English. And my mom only can speak Korean.
I always wanted them to chat each other.
Thanks to IA they can do conversation !!

2. Open ear buds : like I mention on the top, I like open ear buds. I liked the Live one a lot.
And this one is extremely comfy I didn't even feel like I'm wearing ear buds.

But there is a few thing that I didn't like about this device.
1. It's hard to put the buds back in the case : the ear buds have to store backwards. This is annoying.
2. Device color : I know samsung has been made there device with there unique color so far. But this device only have a few choice.
And I heard a lot of QC issue in White one in Korea. So, silver was the only option that I can take.

Overall, I like this buds and probably use until the new open buds is come out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Buds 3 pro! Easy to change the ear tips, with the stems it's easier to put in your ears, easier to control and more responsive than my buds 2 pro. Sound quality for both media and calls is hands down the best I've found yet! The AI features with voice control and translation helps me at work. The only bad thing I can say is I pre-ordered mine and did not get the case that I thought would come with the pre-ordered status. Great job Samsung an exceptionally great value for the money!
