Incorrect wear can lead to discomfort, sound leaks, and the risk of falling out—especially important while jogging. Remember, the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds without ear tips, so place them in your ears. Look for the L and R markings on the bottom of each earbud. Insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing you, and do the same with the L into your left ear. Slightly tilt the stem so the microphone points toward your mouth. I accidentally washed one earbud, and it still works perfectly fine. I thought these will be IPX rating sucks, but I never really looked it up anyways. So I really don't really know without actually looking it up. But kudos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Sammy buds are a great asset to my busy life, I recently had a version of shockz open-air but they failed me miserably. I sinced been a "Sammy Fan" and with all the new AI features that I have yet to explore. I will definitely have to upgrade my product to the better version when my pockets have an opportunity to.

These earbuds have been a frustrating experience. While the sound quality is decent for the first few days, they quickly develop a major flaw: the left earbud starts sounding extremely hollow, almost like a blown tweeter.
I initially thought it was a fluke, but the exact same issue has occurred with multiple replacements, confirming a persistent problem with the Samsung Buds 3. It’s disappointing that a cheaper pair, like my Tozo 1s, have lasted three years without a single issue, outperforming these more expensive Samsung buds on reliability. The consistency of this defect is the one thing I wish Samsung had gotten right.

If you're experiencing low volume or poor sound quality on one or both earbuds, several factors might be at play. You could be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or dirt and debris might have accumulated on them. Software outdatedness, low battery, and other concerns can also impact audio quality. Check each earbud’s orientation: when inserting them, make sure the wing tips face upward until they sit comfortably, then rotate the earbuds left or right for a secure fit. It may seem unusual, but also verify if there are any software updates available for the earbuds via the Galaxy Wearable app. Open the app, navigate to Earbuds settings, then select "Earbuds software update," and proceed with the download and installation. They are perfect other than that they are kind of too big for my ears and hurt. But other than that, the noise canceling is amazing. The audio output is incredible. I cant complain about anything other than my own anatomy.
