Thank you for sharing your honest feedback on the Galaxy Buds3, Manny. We understand that having them fall out while walking can be frustrating. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than traditional canal types, which provides a more comfortable and natural listening experience without the need for earbud tips. To achieve the best fit, we recommend placing them correctly in your ears. Start by checking the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks, looking for the L and R symbols. The R bud should be inserted into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. It’s helpful to angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can also adjust them by rotating them forwards and backwards until you find the perfect fit. Many users appreciate this distinct design, and finding that comfortable position can sometimes take a little time. If you experiment with the angle and position, we hope you’ll find them more secure for your active lifestyle. Hey Ivan! Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3! It’s great to get your feedback. The Buds3 were specifically crafted as open-type buds instead of traditional canal types, which truly enhances your freedom and comfort. By design, they don’t come with earbud tips, allowing for a more natural listening experience. To get the best audio tailored just for you, you’ll love the Adaptive Equalizer feature with Galaxy AI. It adjusts the sound based on how you wear the Buds, ensuring you can enjoy amazing audio quality no matter how they fit in your ears. Whether you’re on-the-go or relaxing at home, immersive sound is always within reach! Setting them up is super easy: simply place the buds in your ears, verify the directional marks on the bottom of each earbud—an ‘L’ for left and an ‘R’ for right. Make sure the 'R' faces you in your right ear and the 'L' does the same in your left. A little tip: angling the microphone towards your mouth will enhance clarity when you're on calls. Feel free to rotate the buds slightly forward or backward until you find a fit that feels just right for you. We hope you enjoy every moment with your Galaxy Buds3! Good earbuds but wish it had better support for staying in the ears. They keep coming out so I will have to buy a cover which has to be removed before putting to charge; which is annoying.

Little too big for my ears. Fall out a lot. However, when they stay on, it has great sound.

Hey Charlie! Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the Galaxy Buds3. We totally understand how frustrating it can be when buds don’t stay put while you work. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type which means they don’t have tips. To help them fit better, make sure to check the directional marks at the bottom. Pop the R bud in your right ear and the L bud in your left. It might take a moment to find that perfect angle, but once you do, they should feel more secure. If you angle the microphone towards your mouth while ensuring they fit comfortably by rotating them a bit, they can feel much more stable. Your comfort is super important to us, so please adjust them until they feel just right. We hope you continue to enjoy the great features of the Galaxy Buds3. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing I enjoy about the buds is the seemless connection. Other then that, im not fond of the touch controls or the way they feel when wearing them. They are extremely uncomfortable( even with the different ear inserts) not to mention and don't sound very good. Overall I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
