If you experience no or low volume and poor sound on one or both earbuds — whether it's Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds+, Galaxy Buds Live, Galaxy Buds Pro, or Gear IconX — there might be several reasons. You could be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or they might have dust or debris buildup. Other factors such as outdated software, a low battery, or similar issues can also impact audio quality. Check the link below for tips on enhancing sound performance. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds, not canal-style, so they lack ear tips. To start, just place them in your ears. Look at the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks—L and R. Insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L into your left ear with the L facing you. Slightly angle the blades so the microphones on the bottom face toward your mouth rather than straight down. You can also adjust the fit by rotating the earbuds forward or backward until comfortable. I have Samsung buds, i just don't really use them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't really listen to my buds. my granddaughter has and she loves them but I like my music out loud and I don't like things in my ears bcz i want to be able to everything around me. i just looked for them bcz I hadn't seen them in a while and come to find out..my granddaughter says, I gave them to her..and I just said, ok love..and laughed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds 3 are with me all day, and they're just wonderful. Its fit on the ear is ideal and the lightness is very noticeable. The audio quality is very high, with well-marked basses but without losing that audio quality. Also the fact that they are including Galaxy AI much better use than you can give it with free hands daily.
