These were purchased on impulse during a promotion to turn in my buds2 pro in exchange for a discount on what I was thinking was getting an upgraded model or version. These are horrifically terrible, the design is terrible. They don't stay in my ears, and fall out just walking about. Yes I've watched and researched how to wear them properly. These are just not meant for everyone's ears, your mileage will vary. Hoping I can get them returned ASAP before I have to send in my buds2 pro which fit snuggly. Buyer beware.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3! We completely understand that adjusting to the new design can take a little time, especially since they are open-type buds rather than the traditional canal-type. To help you get started, just place them in your ears. Remember to check the directional marks at the bottom of each earbud. The ‘R’ should face you when you place it in your right ear, and similarly, the ‘L’ for your left ear. It might also help to slightly angle the microphone towards your mouth, which can enhance your experience. If you’re still getting acclimated to the fit, try rotating them a bit until they feel just right. We're confident that with a little practice, you'll love the comfort and sound quality that the Galaxy Buds3 offer. Your feedback is invaluable, and we appreciate your patience during this adjustment period! Awkward fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having received the Buds3 as a replacement for one of my Buds2, I was quite enthusiastic upon opening the package, and my initial expectations were indeed met. Regrettably, my experience has not been entirely positive. The earbuds themselves felt somewhat uncomfortable, and the fit in my left ear was a bit awkward. Consequently, I will be returning them.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, China22w! We completely understand that transitioning to the new design of the Galaxy Buds3 might take some time for some users. The open-type design is intentional, offering a different listening experience compared to traditional canal-type buds. To help you get started, simply place the buds in your ears and refer to the directional marks at the bottom. The "R" should face you in your right ear, and the "L" in your left ear. A quick adjustment by tilting them slightly so the microphones point towards your mouth can enhance your experience. You can also rotate them to find the perfect fit that feels right for you. We appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoy exploring all the features these buds have to offer! NOT FOR SMALL EARS

DO NOT BUY if you have small ears. I had these for less than 24hrs I was extremely disappointed. They look and sound very nice, but unfortunately I wasn't able to have the best experience with them due to the bad fit. They're too big for my ears so they were loose and would slip out every minute. Impossible to enjoy the sound quality due to the bad fit as well. Really loved the stem design but unfortunately it did not help with the fit. I couldn't even wash my hands without them falling out. Also they're not waterproof at all. Too many big tech companies discriminate against people with small ears and small heads and unfortunately Samsung is one of them.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3! We're excited to hear your feedback. We understand that the Buds3's open-type structure may require some adjustment time compared to traditional canal-type earbuds. It’s all about finding that perfect fit, and we encourage you to experiment with the positioning. To get started, simply place the Buds3 in your ears. Check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional marks – you’ll see an L for the left bud and an R for the right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Make sure to angle the microphone on the bottom slightly towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels just right. Also, the Buds3 provide impressive water and dust resistance ratings. The Buds3 are IP57 rated, meaning they can withstand up to 100m of water for 10 minutes, and have an IP68 rating for up to 6 feet of water for 30 minutes. Just rinse them off and dry them if they get wet, and you're all set! Thanks for sharing your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3, LHopkins. We're glad to see that you enjoy the sound quality of the buds, but we understand that not getting the right fit can be frustrating. The new open-type design of the Galaxy Buds3 may take some time for users to adjust to, as they do not come with earbud tips like traditional canal-type earbuds. To get started, simply place the earbuds in your ears, checking the bottom for directional markings that indicate the left (L) and right (R) buds. Insert the right earbud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the left earbud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Make sure to angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone at the bottom points toward your mouth instead of straight down. You can adjust the fit by rotating the buds forward and backward until they feel comfortable. We hope that this information helps enhance your experience with your buds. Like these ear plugs!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the ease of use and the seamless transition from tablet to phone and back. AI wise these are definitely a plus.... the real time translate features worked great while meeting a Chinese speaking person! I use them in the gym and they tend to fall off my ears... I would recommend using the pro version if you are a really active person. Other than that, they are a great buy!!
