Poor fit, falls out constantly, and no ear tip sup

I’m really disappointed with the Galaxy Buds 3. The open-type design means they don’t support ear tips at all, so there’s no way to adjust the fit or make them more secure. Because of that, the buds just didn’t fit my ears properly and kept falling out with even the slightest movement.
It was impossible to use them for walking, working, or even just sitting at my desk without constantly readjusting them. For the price, I expected something far more practical and customizable.
If you need earbuds that stay in your ears or allow any kind of fit adjustment, the Galaxy Buds 3 are definitely not the right choice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We know that comfort is key when it comes to earbuds, as the right fit ensures excellent sound quality and confidence that your earbuds are secure. For the Galaxy Buds3, proper placement is essential. Wearing them correctly improves sound, increases comfort, and prevents them from falling out. Since these are open-type earbuds without tips, simply placing them in your ears is all you'll need to do. Check the bottom for directional marks labeled L and R, and insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L into your left ear with the L facing you. Slightly angle the buds so the microphone points toward your mouth, not straight down. You can fine-tune the fit by rotating them forward or backward until comfortable. I have had these for about 6 months now and have been really disappointed. They sound fine but are kind of quite. Every ambient sound comes through so unless you are in a quiet environment, they just aren't very good. They do fit well, but still feel like they are going to fall out (though they don't). No matter how diligently I clean them they regularly refuse to charge. Despite cleaning them the left earbud has become barely audible. It's like it wont go over volume 1. It's on, but the volume doesn't adjust with the right one. The app thinks its connected and functioning, but even after spending way too much time cleaning it, it just doesn't work. Just a really frustrating product experience all the way around.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good product, but falls out of my ear easily. To keep the buds from falling out, turn them upside down and swap ears (R in left ear; L in right ear). You'll still get great sound and call quality.

Worst ear buds! When using noise canceling, the right side squeals so loud It gave me hearing damage in my right ear. I love Samsung but stay away from these!
