Great features, not so great fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bud 3 is a good Bluetooth earbud with serious fit issues, at least for me. I could not get a snug, secure fit without holding it in with my fingers. When I held them in, the ANC was good and the sound quality was excellent. The bulit-in Galaxy AI features are a great help. However as soon I removed my fingers the Bud 3 would slide out and I would lose the seals and the ambient noise would leak in. Plus the earbuds would be so loose that even glancing up to look at the sign on the subway to check what the next station is would cause them to just fall out. I would've preferred the design of the 3FE or 3 Pros with their rubber ear tips to give the feel and fit I would expect from these premium earbuds.

Nice rich sound not best fit in ear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Headphones are great, with good, clear sound and decent bass, depending on the fit in your ear. AI is great. I wish they had been made like before instead of with the stem design. Other than that, everything works great.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3. These earbuds are designed to provide clear sound, smart connectivity, and lightweight comfort. They are open-type earbuds, meaning they don’t have in-ear tips. To start, just place them in your ears. Look at the bottom of each earbud for the L and R markings: insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing outward, and do the same for the L in your left ear. Tilt the earbuds slightly so the microphone at the bottom faces your mouth instead of straight down. You can fine-tune the fit by rotating the earbuds forward or backward until comfortable. Your feedback on fit and connection stability is valuable and helps guide future improvements to better serve a wider range of users.
