Sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound of bud is to high pitch and squeak at times. The buds wont charge at times even if the case is fully charge. And I wish its has better commands then just change volume. Sometimes I need to skip my music or end a call. The bud are horrible for calls, because I still need my phone to act as my microphone. So bad I end up having to ditch my ear buds.

I received the Galaxy Buds 3 in good packaging and have been using them for the past month. They are really nice, especially with the 360-degree sound turned on. SAFETY ISSUE no ambient passthrough

just received but absolutely horrified that there is NO ambient mode!!!! i love listening to my podcasts and music while working but that fact that someone could be standing behind me yelling and i wouldnt notice them is ridiculous! talk about a SAFETY ISSUE!! the audio is incredible, the fit is perfect. so good that if i have these set at the lowest volume I cannot hear anything going on around me

If you've misplaced your Galaxy Buds, you can conveniently locate them using the SmartThings app or Samsung Find. Open the SmartThings app on your phone and navigate to the Life tab, then tap on Find to access SmartThings Find. From there, select your buds to view their location on a map. You can search nearby for the buds, refresh their location, and utilize additional features like Navigate, Notify when left behind, and Lost mode. Good sound quality

Overall I'm pleased with the comfort and quality of the sound. Battery life could be a little longer between charges. Had no problem connecting to different devices or switching between left and right ear buds. The durability is why I only gave it 3 stars because after only having them for 6 months with regular usage and the left ear bud no longer plays any audio all I get is a high pitched whine. So overall kinda disappointed with the life span of Samsung's buds seeing that I had a pair of the original buds that had the same thing happen but they lasted 2 years of heavy usage before one of them gave out
