Won't stay in ear

The is sound is good and I followed the instructions for wearing them, but they fell out of my ears with little to no movement on my part. I should have purchased the pro's. Will be returning after only one day after delivery

To wear them correctly, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks: R for the right ear and L for the left ear. Place the earbuds with the marks facing you, then angle the blade slightly so the microphone points toward your mouth. Adjust by rotating the buds forward or backward until they fit securely. The battery life is short, I have the Samsung earbud the first generation and 2nd and 3rd generation, the first generations is the best. definitely a waste of money.

This version doesnt have adjustable ear gels which causes them to regularly fall out of my ears. Also learned that the translate function doesnt work with my older samsung phone (s10e)

We understand that you have concerns regarding the earbuds falling out, and that the AI features are not compatible with your Galaxy S10E. To help, we've added a link that shows all the devices we have that are compatible with Galaxy AI. As far as the fit, we understand that the new design of the Buds3 may take some users some time to get used to since they don't have our traditional bud tips. To achieve the best fit, make sure to check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional marks – you’ll find an ‘L’ and an ‘R’ clearly indicated. To get started, insert the R bud into your right ear with the ‘R’ facing towards you, and do the same for the L bud in your left ear. Additionally, remember to angle the mic slightly towards your mouth instead of pointing it straight down. This adjustment can really enhance sound quality. You can also rotate the buds a bit forwards and backwards to find that perfect fit that feels just right for you.
