Comfortable, Amazing Earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have to be the best earbuds I have ever had. Truly. I have had issues with past earbuds due to the pressure build up but with these being "open" style they're amazing. I can wear them all day with barely any fatigue with is huge for me. Then using Galaxy AI is just perfect and everything I can do is wild. That with the buds themselves it's a win win product.

Finally - the buds I have been looking for!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm living my new buds. I will admit that I was getting a little tired of waiting on them, but so far it's been worth it. The software is fabulous, and the sound is perfect. With the buds in and turned off I can't hear a thing. I do wish I could turn up the ambient sound more and use them like hearing aids, but it's possible that feature is there and I just haven't found it yet. Everything else I need is there, and the sound is fantastic.

Worst earbuds ever

I bought this airbud and I must say it is my worst Samsung product to date. I am scared to use it as it falls out of my ears every time. I previously had the Buds pro 2 and it was awesome and when I saw this and the new design I somehow thought it would be better. I am still uncertain as to why I did not return it as I scarcely ever use for fear it will get lost. Samsung please help fix this
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We understand that you’ve had some difficulties with your earbuds falling out. Please note that the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds, unlike canal-type ones, meaning they do not have earbud tips. To ensure a proper fit, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks labeled 'L' for left and 'R' for right. Insert the right (R) bud into your right ear and the left (L) bud into your left ear, ensuring that each letter is facing you. Angle the buds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down, and adjust the earbuds by rotating them forward or backward until they feel comfortable.
