These are awful for running. They constantly fall out . I have followed all directions and videos and they do not stay in. The spund quality is amazing though

Remember, the right ear tips are essential for optimal sound quality, so make sure you try out the different sizes included in the box. When you put them in, make sure the "R" on the right earbud is facing you, just as the "L" should for the left. They don't stay in my ears and their sound canceling is understandably nonexistent, even though they have the feature (so it honestly shouldn't be advertised at all). These earbuds create a hole where my heart used to be.

To achieve the best results with active noise cancellation (ANC), having the right fit is crucial. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type earbuds and do not come with traditional ear tips, so all you need to do is position them correctly in your ears. Make sure to check for the directional marks at the bottom of the earbuds—look for the "L" and "R" indicators. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the “R” facing you, and do the same for the L bud in your left ear. Additionally, we recommend adjusting the angle slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing toward your mouth, rather than straight down. This can help optimize their performance. Great Sound but Battery Does Not Last

I would give the Galaxy Buds3 an entirely positive review if the battery life was longer. The battery is always done about two-thirds of the way through my day, whether I'm using them or not. If they're connected via Bluetooth, they do no last.
