Nice design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good for Samsung to bring this new update, a more comfortable design, without the classic rubber for those of us who do not like that feeling in the ear, a nice gray color, and the battery life it's decent. Very happy with my product and very happy with Samsung and how they are doing things

Worst Earbuds ever

If you like listening to AM Radio from another room than these are the Earbuds for You. I'm honestly very disappointed in the Buds3. Would give negative stars if possible. I traded my Buds2 in for these which I really liked the 2s for fit and sound but the left one kept dying. The change in design for the 3 was a poor choice. The 3s do not stay in your ear with the slightest movement and in order to get a decent sound from them you literally have to apply constant pressure on them into your ear. In trying to return them I keep getting dropped by the chat program. I was going to give the Buds3 Pro a chance but now I'm done with Samsung for Earbuds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't buy unless you plan on buying new ones soon

Noise cancelation was good at the beginning but 2 months after the problems began, sound cancelation got weaker, individual headphones did not charge unless the case had power at the start and then evolved into, headphone case having zero power even though it was charged to 100%.

Best earbuds to date!

Good product, but falls out of my ear easily. To keep the buds from falling out, turn them upside down and swap ears (R in left ear; L in right ear). You'll still get great sound and call quality.

the new generation of buds sound noticeably better than the previous generation. the updated design make for a better experience when taking them out of the case and are more comfortable in the ear
the only reason why they are not 5 stars is because they dont stay in my ear, but that will happen with these kinds of headphones

Can't keep in my ear, lack of seal affects otherwise good sound and noise cancellation. I don't recommend this product unless you can check for fit before you purchase. It is the only Samsung product that has disappointed me. It was an add on for a new phone and unfortunately not a good value.

When wearing their Buds3, we understand that the new tipless design may take some time for some people to get used to. When they wear their buds, they should check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. They will see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into the right ear with the R facing them. Insert the L bud into the left ear with the L facing them. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards their mouth rather than straight down. They can adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward until the fit feels right. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope these tips enhance your experience with the Buds3!
