Don't Grab: Look Away.

They don't stay in my ears and their sound canceling is understandably nonexistent, even though they have the feature (so it honestly shouldn't be advertised at all). These earbuds create a hole where my heart used to be.

To achieve the best results with active noise cancellation (ANC), having the right fit is crucial. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type earbuds and do not come with traditional ear tips, so all you need to do is position them correctly in your ears. Make sure to check for the directional marks at the bottom of the earbuds—look for the "L" and "R" indicators. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the “R” facing you, and do the same for the L bud in your left ear. Additionally, we recommend adjusting the angle slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing toward your mouth, rather than straight down. This can help optimize their performance. Be sure to rotate the earbuds forward and backward to find the fit that feels most comfortable for you. If you're looking to personalize your audio experience, we recommend checking out the equalizer on the Wearable app. Regarding your feedback about their fit, we understand that the new design can take some time to adjust to. Since the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds rather than canal-type, they don’t have traditional earbud tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears, ensuring the R bud goes in your right ear and the L bud in your left ear, with the respective letters facing you.
