I found it a bit uncomfortable for my ears, they should be smoother but it not, I wonder if the comfortability of the pro version changes.
But again the sound is more than perfect.
I haven't had the chance to use its full potential but I have no doubt that IA should be so cool for live translation.

I bought these in July. They don't come with ear tips, so they keep falling out of my ears. This was a waste of money because I can't use them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Buds under Noisy conditions

I recently purchased the Pro3 buds after using the Pro2 buds for over a yr. The Pro3 buds are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING compared to the Pro2 buds in every category. I mean every category. As an EMS Responder there are times I need to call the hospital under NOISY conditions. The Pro2 buds couldn't handle it. The Pro3 buds handled the call flawlessly. Keep in mind l have to call a connecting ctr first(All calls are recorded)who passes my call to the receiving hospital. The Pro3 was flawless. I was like....WOW these are a keeper just from that experience. Voice controls excellent. Once I practiced with the hand control features no problem. Samsung has improved the Pro series buds beyond my expectations. If you're still wondering...buy them.
Sound quality was great but that's useless when they constantly fall out of your ear
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This products fall down only one time from my hand

My samsung bud 3 ear buds fall down to floor one time and now left side of the ear buds is not working. I didn't even enjoy it. I don't know when I will effort to buy my next ear buds. I know it was my fault but it wasn't hard fall to destroy my ear buds. I only used 2 days. I will give 1 star because of one fall destroyed my ear buds. 😒

These are awful for running. They constantly fall out . I have followed all directions and videos and they do not stay in. The spund quality is amazing though

When you put them in, make sure the "R" on the right earbud is facing you, just as the "L" should for the left.
