Worth the upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Buds 3 since launch and they have been so much better than the Buds 2 Pro that I upgraded from. The stem controls are better, the fit is better, the look of the device is just better.
The Galaxy AI feature of being able to adjust the volume with my voice and no need to talk to a virtual assistant is phenomenal. Definitely would recommend.

I upgraded because my galaxy buds2 sometimes fell out my ears. These are worse! I can't even chew without them falling out. They really don't fit in my ears well even after adjusting them. It's like they're just sitting on the edge of my ear

A good substitutions of airpods 3 !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm Galaxy s23 user and this is my first time buying Galaxy buds and it impressed me. After watching the unpacked event I immediately placed a pre-order because this is the first Galaxy buds that are not fully in ear design. I have been using airpods 3 but unfortunately all of the exclusive features are not functional on any galaxy devices.
The galaxy AI really impressed me, it will translate foreign language to your language immediately.
The sound quality is better than airpods 3 and come some of the features that the airpods 3 doesn't have, such as slide to volume up and down, noice cancelling.
Overall, if you don't like the fully in ear Galaxy buds, this is a pretty good choice!!

It's so helpful to be able to skip and rewind songs but also having the ability to raise and lower the volume. They fit great, had no issues at all.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Nithin. We noticed that you may be having some difficulty trying to get your buds to fit and stay connected. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears and check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks—you will see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. We'd like to gather some additional information regarding the connection.
