Love, love, LOVE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so surprised I actually love these! Since I did trade on my buds2pro for them. I am amazed at the comfort and sound quality! Translation is a breeze for sure and the battery life is great! I personally can't wear them longer than 2 or 3 hours straight. Besides that I love them. The case that came with as a gift for pre-order makes me giggle. You can't get it out after you put them in so that's hilarious lol

Its a love-hate situation- ultimately returned

Now I love everything Samsung. I was thrilled when they announced the release of a new design for their Galaxy Buds. While it bears resemblance to its primary competitor, Samsung's superior brand reputation made me eager to embrace this product. That being said I wanted to love this product. to start off with the pros.
1. The sound quality was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 10 out of 10. The music had a crisp and clear sound, while the bass was deep and resonant.
2. The noise cancellation technology effectively immerses the user in their own private soundscape, while simultaneously providing callers with a clear and isolated audio signal. I would rate its effectiveness as 10 out of 10.
Cons:
1. Touch Controls: The touch controls were highly inconvenient. Previously, the touch controls on the buds were straightforward and easy to use. However, the new design requires squeezing the stem of the bud to change, pause, or answer calls. This can be challenging for individuals with small ears, chubby fingers, or long nails. Unfortunately, this was my experience.
2. Ear Fit: When the buds were initially placed in my ears, they were comfortable. However, during my runs and walks, they easily fell out of my ears. The touch controls further exacerbated this issue, making it difficult for the buds to stay in place.
Ultimately, I made the decision to return the Buds3. The primary reason for this action was that the earbuds consistently dislodged from my ears, causing them to fall out. Furthermore, the controls proved challenging for me to operate during routine daily use.

Poor design choice. I can't even comment on the sound quality because they fall out my ears the second I move my head in any direction. This is absolutely the worst pair of ear buds that I have ever purchased.

Worth the upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Buds 3 since launch and they have been so much better than the Buds 2 Pro that I upgraded from. The stem controls are better, the fit is better, the look of the device is just better.
The Galaxy AI feature of being able to adjust the volume with my voice and no need to talk to a virtual assistant is phenomenal. Definitely would recommend.

I upgraded because my galaxy buds2 sometimes fell out my ears. These are worse! I can't even chew without them falling out. They really don't fit in my ears well even after adjusting them. It's like they're just sitting on the edge of my ear
