It doesn't fit my ears and keeps falling out. It's good when we sit still, but not for working out.

Hi Sridee, Thank you for sharing your thoughts on Galaxy Buds3. A secure fit is especially important for users who enjoy listening while staying active. Since the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds rather than canal styles, they lack earbud tips. To start, simply place them in your ears. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks—L and R. Insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L into your left ear with the L facing you. Slightly angle the blade so the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth, not straight down. Adjust the fit by rotating the earbuds forward and backward until comfortable. Your feedback highlights how performance can vary with activity level and personal fit preferences. Please see our online article linked below for tips on achieving the perfect fit with your Galaxy Buds3. We value your feedback and thank you for being a Samsung customer. -Ty

I did not like the idea of using ear buds. I thought they would be uncomfortable. I like the sleek look of the buds and the carrying case. I tend to only wear the right ear, while walking the dog, so I can hear my surroundings. The sound is still great. I am still a bit careful about them falling out of my ear. But overall, I like them!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We appreciate your feedback about the Galaxy Buds3, Trevor. We noted your concerns about the fit and how it compares to the Galaxy Buds2. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type earbuds, which means they don’t have ear tips like canal-type earbuds. It’s important to wear them correctly to ensure the best fit. Here’s how to get started: Check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional marks labeled "L" and "R." Insert the "R" earbud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the "L" earbud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth rather than straight down. You can also adjust the earbuds by rotating them forwards or backwards until they feel secure and comfortable. We understand that fit can vary depending on individual ear shapes, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve. If you have any further concerns or questions, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
Everything is good, but it's uncomfortable to wear for a long time. Sound, ANC, and battery all are as expected.

It's great to hear from you, Laura! We love to see that you're enjoying the sound cancellation on your Galaxy Buds3, especially when you're at work. It's great to have a little peace and quiet while you focus! We totally understand how important comfort is, and we want you to have the best experience possible. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds, which means they don’t have earbud tips like canal-style buds do. To get started, simply place them in your ears! Make sure to check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional marks. You’ll see an “L” for the left bud and an “R” for the right. Insert the R bud into your right ear, with the R facing you, and then do the same for the L bud in your left ear. You can angle the buds slightly so the microphone is pointing towards your mouth, which can help with clarity during calls. Feel free to adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until you find a fit that’s just right for you. We hope these tips help, and if you ever need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
