Does not stay in ear

Does not fit int your ear properly ,constantly slips out and due to it not fitting properly listening to music stinks, so yourself a favor and try them first in fit test.

The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds, meaning they do not come with earbud tips. To get started, simply place the earbuds in your ears, making sure to check the bottom for directional markings: "L" for left and "R" for right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone points towards your mouth rather than straight down, and adjust them by rotating forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable. Fits poorly in ear canal

Does not fit in my ear canals, they easily fall out if I just turn or tilt my head. Forget about even trying to work out using these!

Bring back last model

I actually went and bought another set of buds 2 after owning the new buds 3.
Buds 2 I was capable of changing shirts or putting on sweatshirt withount taking out headphones. Bud 3 I ALWAYS knocks device out of place.
The tapping feature of bud 2 was so easy, and so satisfying for some reason. The clunky clicking of bud 3 just feels cheap and not the same.

Don't waste your money....

Initial connection was seamless, and the sound is amazing! However, after a few weeks, I started having a problem with one of the earbuds not being recognized by the case, thus not charging. I was able to clean the earbud tip, re-set them to factory settings and get them to work again. In a few short weeks, the same issue happened, only this time I wasn't able to fix it. Samsung support was worthless. I apparently have to travel 40 miles to the nearest shop to have it fixed - I shouldn't have to do this after only a few months, and I don't have any hope this will fix the issue permanently. I only used them approximately 10 times. I am super disappointed. I read other reviews which identified this as an issue but thought that they may have been isolated cases. Don't waste your money...

However, regarding your concern about one earbud not being recognized by the case and failing to charge, there are a few steps that might help. Cleaning the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case to remove sweat, liquid, or foreign materials can prevent corrosion and ensure proper charging. Restarting the earbuds by placing them in the charging case and pressing the Connect button for more than 3 seconds may also resolve recognition issues. If this persists, resetting the earbuds to factory settings through the Galaxy Wearable app might be an option. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. Best earbuds EVER! Survived two hour long wash cycles and one full dryer cycle! Just needed to charge it and it worked as if it came right out of the box

Its not the worst

If i remember correctly this Product Launch was Dead on Arrival. Had So Many issues before and after Launch.
Its just a Ripp-Off...
