These worked great for about 3 weeks, then randomly started to not hold a charge after 2-3 hours. Kept having issues getting either bud to start charging, would have to remove and reinsert multiple times until finally it would start to charge. Now neither bud will charge and the case light stays flashing red even when connected to usb-c.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I hate these ear buds. They won't stay in my ears. They turn off for no reason. They're so sensitive that if you turn your head they turn off.

If your buds are disconnecting a lot, it may be because of a weak Bluetooth connection or if they're not in your ears correctly. We also see that you may be having a hard time finding the right fit. Be sure to double-check that you're wearing them right. Look at the bottom of the earbuds for the L and R marks. The R bud goes in your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud goes in your left ear with the L facing you. Make sure the microphone is angled toward your mouth, not straight down. You can also twist the buds a bit to find the best fit. Also, make sure your Bluetooth connection is strong and that your earbuds' software is updated. The sound 100% noise cancellation 100%

Putting them on at the beginning of the day to start the helps me get into a good mood and keeps my mind focused on the songs without interruption or distractions the noise cancelation on point and the AI keeps me organized and on top of the busy schedule and focus on my todo list and appointments.

I last them the trucker not working, really I'm think to buy apply air pods.

It's important to note that the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds, which means they don’t have ear tips like our other traditional canal types. This design provides comfort and allows you to easily place them in your ears. To ensure the best fit, please check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional marks. The “R” should go in your right ear and the “L” in your left. When inserting them, angle the bud slightly so the microphone is pointing towards your mouth for optimal performance.
