Slips off my ears. Very uncomfortable. I have small ears and always used airpods. I thought it would be similar. But these are big and weird shape that it slips out al the time. I am sure i will drop it somewhere and lose it soon
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Zafa! We understand how frustrating it can be if the fit isn’t quite right. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed to accommodate all ear sizes, but since they are open-type buds without ear tips, the fit may feel different compared to the canal-type earbuds you may be used to. To achieve the best fit, we recommend placing the buds in your ears with the directional markings L for left and R for right facing you. Insert the R bud into your right ear and the L bud into your left. Slightly adjusting the buds by rotating them forwards or backwards can help you find that perfect fit. Additionally, angling the microphone towards your mouth can enhance audio quality and comfort. Just a reminder: if you ever happen to misplace your Galaxy Buds3, check out the Find My Earbuds feature on the Wearable app. It is a handy tool to help you locate them! If you have any further concerns or questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. Great buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my buds for a couple of months and they're great. The sound quality is good. I love the voice control when they're connected to my phone. I also love all the controls on my phone under either the wearable app or the smart things app. I like how I can pinch the stem and turn the noise canceling on or off. I mostly use them at work. They're comfortable in my ears for a while but they're oddly shaped and slide out of my ears. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a great pair of ear buds.
Sound is great but the buds don't fit right for me.

Thank you for your feedback! It's great to know you enjoy the sound quality of the Galaxy Buds3, Mari. We understand that getting a proper fit is crucial for the best experience. As a reminder, the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds without traditional ear tips. To start, simply place them in your ears and check the bottom for directional marks indicating left (L) and right (R). Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. You can also angle them slightly so that the microphone is pointing toward your mouth, rather than straight down. Adjusting the buds by rotating them slightly can help you find the fit that feels just right. We hope these tips enhance your experience! I found these incredibly uncomfortable and was unable to get a good fit, in spite of the many tips, which mainly consisted of twisting the buds more firmly into my ear. They fell out repeatedly. Too bad. Big waste of money.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3. We understand how important a secure fit is and appreciate that you’ve tried various tips to find the perfect hold. Unlike traditional in-ear buds, the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type earbuds, which means they don’t have ear tips. To help you start off on the right foot, make sure you check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks, noting the “L” and “R.” When you place them in your ears, insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. You can also angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. A little adjustment, like rotating them forwards or backwards, can often help achieve a more comfortable fit. We hope these tips help you enjoy the incredible sound quality and features that the Galaxy Buds3 offer! First time buyer - I am impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who can only wear airpods for earlier buds, seeing Samsung/ galaxy make a pair with the same shape AND THE STEM I am overjoyed with this decision. I had to buy them instantly when I saw this. They're comfortable, the noise cancelling is great, the audio is clean and crisp. I'm so happy to have bought my first pair, and I shall for sure keep buying them!
They sound great. These do not stay in your ear. They will fall out easily.

It's great to hear from you and get your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3, Sandra. We always look forward to hearing from our valued customers. We love to see that the sound quality of these buds has impressed you. We also know that to have the best overall experience, a great fit is crucial. As you know, the Galaxy Buds 3 are open-type earbuds rather than canal-type ones, so they do not come with earbud tips. To get started, place them in your ears. Make sure to check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks; you'll see an "L" and an "R." Insert the "R" bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you and the "L" bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the stem slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth instead of straight down. You can adjust the earbuds by rotating them forward and backward until the fit feels comfortable.
