So disappointing

I find the design of the Galaxy Buds3 to be far inferior to the Galaxy Buds2 for the following reasons:
First of all, the feel of the fit in the ear on the Buds3 is much worse. It doesn't feel as secure in my ear and I don't like the danging bit, which the Buds2 did not have. The Buds2 fit much more snugly and securely in my ear.
Second, related to the fit issue, the noise cancelling feature on the Buds3 does not work nearly as well as the noise cancelling on the Buds2. This is a HUGE downside for me as I really appreciate the noise cancelling feature and it's super ineffective on the Buds3. The Buds2 were also much better in this regard, and this feature is very important to me.
Third, the controls for pausing / next track / previous track worked SO MUCH BETTER on the Buds2, because with those I just tapped on the bud to activate them. Because the Buds3 require squeezing the dangling bit to use this feature, I feel like doing that repeatedly tends to somewhat dislodge them / adjust the fit, which again is far inferior to the way it worked with the Buds2 (which were not physically dislodged by being tapped). The tactile sensation of squeezing the dangling part (which has hard, triangular edges) also just doesn't feel good at all.
Also, although minor, I really liked that I could buy the Buds2 in lavender color, but only white and grey are options for the Buds2. This point alone wouldn't be a dealbreaker for me, but it's just another reason the Buds3 are worse than the Buds2.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

High hopes big disappointment

Sound quality is poor the fit in the ear is uncomfortable and battery life is beyond subpar. Bought less than a month ago and i get about 2 hours out of listing before the batteries are needing charged.

To big for my ears

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the buds liking the new design that are similar to other earbuds only to discover the buds are to big for my ears. They are also very sensitive to touch. I am constantly hanging up on people when trying to adjust the ear buds. The are always falling out and causing me to ask the person to repeat them selves as they cut out when removed from the ears or falling out. Very frustrating for both parties involved.

This means they don't come with ear tips, making it easy to get started by simply placing them in your ears. To help you achieve the best fit, please check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks; you will see an 'L' for the left and an 'R' for the right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. You can adjust the buds by gently rotating them forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable. We truly want you to have the best experience, and we hope these tips help. They fit comfortably in my ears and don’t fall out, even when I’m walking around or cleaning the house.The sound is really good—music and podcasts both sound clear and nice. Calls are easy too, and people say they can hear me well when I talk.One thing I was surprised about is the Galaxy AI feature in the Buds3. I didn’t know headphones could be this smart! The AI can help translate conversations if I’m talking to someone in a different language, and it even tells me helpful things, like reminders or notifications, without me looking at my phone. It’s like having a little helper in my ears.I also love that the Buds3 turn on and connect right away when I take them out of the case. The battery lasts a long time
