Product falls out of ear when picking something off the ground. When you put them in your ear you get a high pitched sound that hurts your ear. Samsung galaxy 4 buds better be better

Thank you for sharing your experience with your Galaxy Buds3. Nothing compares to immersing yourself in your favorite stream or song through your earbuds, only to have them suddenly fall out. We aim to help prevent that. Properly wearing your earbuds is important for several reasons: it improves sound quality, ensures a comfortable fit, and reduces the chance of falling out. Incorrect wear can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and increase the risk of losing an earbud, especially when jogging. Make sure to wear them correctly. Since the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds without ear tips, simply place them in your ears. Check for directional marks labeled L and R at the bottom. Insert the R bud into your right ear with R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with L facing you. Slightly tilt the microphone side upward by rotating the buds forward or backward for a comfortable fit. Sound good. Dont stay in ears.

The sound is good but the design is horrible. They dont stay in your ears at all. I actually flip em upside down and put the left in my right and vice-versa, that seems to get them to stay in fairly well but for how much they cost me when I got them I shouldn't have to do that. Disappointed. Ever heard of product testing???

Love my buds

The battery life is probably the best part, I use the at the gym every day and they stay charged for at least week. Best ear buds out!
