Great features, not so great fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bud 3 is a good Bluetooth earbud with serious fit issues, at least for me. I could not get a snug, secure fit without holding it in with my fingers. When I held them in, the ANC was good and the sound quality was excellent. The bulit-in Galaxy AI features are a great help. However as soon I removed my fingers the Bud 3 would slide out and I would lose the seals and the ambient noise would leak in. Plus the earbuds would be so loose that even glancing up to look at the sign on the subway to check what the next station is would cause them to just fall out. I would've preferred the design of the 3FE or 3 Pros with their rubber ear tips to give the feel and fit I would expect from these premium earbuds.

The Best Ear Buds I ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase of the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3. I was hesitant about the price but it is well worth it. Theybare very reliable and the battery life is amazing long and the case charger does a great job to charge the ear buds fast.
The sound is wow I mean really good with great bass. For phone use and music.
I also use the Galaxy AI with the interpreter features which still amazes me.
I highly recommend them to everyone.

Since the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds, they lack earbud tips, unlike canal earbuds. To start, simply insert them into your ears. Look at the bottom of each earbud for directional marks—an L and an R. Place the R earbud in your right ear with the R facing you, and the L earbud in your left ear with the L facing you. Tilt the earbuds slightly so the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth, not straight downward. You can fine-tune the fit by rotating the earbuds forward and backward until they feel comfortable. For additional tips on achieving a good fit, please refer to the online resource linked below. Don't fit well, no customizable fit, sound meh, don't stay in place. They actually hurt when I put them in my ears. I think my ears are too small. I should have gotten the pro version, but I didn't realize the deal was for these very cheap feeling ones.
