[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds 3 have outperformed any other set of my ear buds previously. The battery life lasts me upto 6hrs with active noise canceling on. The comfort level of these is ok, I have small ears and the base of these are a tight fit so after a couple hours it gets uncomfortable, but switching 1 side for the other has helped. The Bluetooth connectivity of these buds is amazing, reaching well beyond 50 ft. I love the translator built in, has helped me to talk to a few people and grow my understanding of their language! The audio bass wise has surpassed my soundcore life 2 and jbl vibe 2. The available 4 microphones in these ear buds makes calls so much easier for people to hear me, and to better understand me, as I have cleft pallet and phone talking is slightly difficult for me.

Good but quickly wearing out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first open them brand new, the left earbud did not connect and wouldn't until letting them die then repairing to phone.
After having them for only 2 months the left ear bud would sound funny. The noise canceling feature sounded like static and wouldn't balance to my right side. The in-ear detection the seem to stop working. Now they both don't sound correct. The left ear bud sounds blown out or super static even though I don't listen to these loud at all. The right earbud doesn't detect my ears sometimes and sounds quiet. Also the right earbud makes a loud ringing noise when I turn on noise canceling which makes them sound awful.
I will say I love the fit to my ears and when they did work perfect, they were absolutely amazing. It's the only samsung earbud that fits in my ear and stays perfectly. I just wish they didn't fall apart so easily (especially so soon after 2 months).
