beware of fit, or lack thereof

Traded in my buds2pro, regrettably, for this buds3. This new design sucks. Terrible fit. The charging contact/speaker is like a little hook waiting to grab onto something so it can fall out with minimal hassle which it does anytime its jostled even a little bit. 3rd party ear tip covers make it so the ear buds cant fit in the charging case. I'm not going to install/remove the ear tip covers every time I want to use them. Should've gotten the buds3pro but just gonna look at other manufacturers instead.
Giving this product 2 stars instead of 1 because I'm happy w/ the sound quality, but that's about it.

The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, so they don’t have earbud tips. When trying them on, we recommend checking the bottom of the earbuds for the L and R directional marks. Simply place the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Finding the perfect fit can significantly impact comfort and sound quality. You can adjust them by rotating each bud slightly until it feels just right. Also, angling the microphone towards your mouth will ensure the best sound quality during calls. Are they 100% charged?

I like the clear and crisp sound you can hear when using them. I also like that they fit really well in your ears. The only thing I don't like is that it's very confusing when it tells you the buds are 100% charged, but their case is 30%... so, are they charged or not?

The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal-type ones, which means they don’t have ear tips. To ensure the best fit, we recommend paying attention to the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds. You'll find an "R" for the right bud and an "L" for the left. When you insert them, make sure to place the "R" bud in your right ear with the "R" facing you, and do the same for the "L" bud in your left ear. For a comfortable fit, try angling the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth rather than straight down. You can also adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until they feel just right. We hope these tips help you get a better fit with your buds!
