[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had these for several months and I adore them. The voice command setting my absolute fav. So if I dont have my hands free I can still control my headphones. Like a pause if someone starts talking to me or a song change even answering the phone and a few short words gets the job done . I accidentally dropped one of them in some water I let it dry out and it still works perfect. I wouldn't recommend doing that but I was amazed and so thankful that they still worked. I was crushed for a few days because I thought I had ruined them but nope surprisingly like brand new. Also the in ear detection is great if I remove one it pauses and will continue playing as soon as I put it back in my ear. Comfortable fit in my ears. Love them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd never considered wireless ear buds before, but these are superb and the audio is so clear. I use them for Zoom meetings and have had zero problems with clarity both hearing and speaking. Great for using at the gym also!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my buds and how I dont need to use my hands to control my music I can say "play music" and my Spotify Playlist starts i can say volume up or down and the volume adjust. They are super helpful especially when i got my hands occupied. Best buds for busy people highly recommend

Noise canceling is accurate

They fit great and don't cause disconfort like my old BudsLive, my only complain would be that the answering button it's on a weird position, and when its pressed it causes the earbud to move or shift due to the shaft shape, also is not really that intuitive as tapping nor easy to use with you have big hands or fingers.
My suggestion with the next gen is to make it flat in the triangular area for a better feel on the swipping up and down for volume, and make it a doubletap for answering and hanging up calls/ play and pause music.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased these about a year ago, and read all of the reviews before doing so. I love Samsung, and have had their phones for many years, and also their watch. The main issues in the reviews I read, stated that the buds do not stay in your ears, and that they make a loud sound when you adjust them. I took a chance, and hoped for the best. Well the reviews were spot on. The sound quality is awesome, I love the noise cancelling feature, but also the feature that I can turn that off. However they do not stay in my ears at all. I have tried all 3 sizes of tips, and I use the fit guide on the app, however it does nothing. I can be sitting perfectly still, and they will just fall out. Walking around my house, I constantly readjust them. If I am doing anything outside, or heaven forbid sweating, then forget it, they won't stay in at all. Anytime I adjust them, while trying to prevent them from falling out, they make a high pitch noise that is very annoying. Luckily it is very brief.
I have never attempted to get a new pair, since I believe it is a major design flaw, any subsequent pairs will be the same. Personally I'm just biding my time until they come out with the next generation, and hoping it is a much better fit.
