Everything is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI, everything is great of the galaxy buds, the only thing I may have a problem with is with its size, a little bit to big for my ears, when I smile or change facial expressions it tends to get lose, but it's good in music, sound, battery life and everything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Large Bluetooth coverage area. No distortion. When you have a call, you only hear the person speaking. All other noise around you remains outside. Very good technology. It's the best.

Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your thoughts on your Galaxy Buds3. These earbuds are open-type rather than canal-style, so they don't include ear tips. To start, simply place them in your ears. Notice the directional marks at the bottom—L and R. Insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L earbud into your left ear with the L facing you. Tilt the stem slightly so the microphone points toward your mouth instead of straight down. Adjust the earbuds by rotating them until the fit feels comfortable. For detailed tips on achieving the perfect fit, see the link below. We appreciate your review and thank you for choosing Samsung.

They function fine and the sound is decent. My biggest complaint is because there's no rubber surrounding the ear tip they always feel like they're going to fall out. I like my Bose earbids better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hola Jeff S,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3. It appears your main concern was comfort and how securely they sit in your ear, especially during movement. Since the fit can differ based on ear shape and personal preference, your feedback highlights how various designs suit different users. The Buds3 offer clear, balanced sound and easy-to-use features for everyday use. These Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds and don’t have ear tips like canal-type models. To use them, just place them in your ears. Look at the bottom of each earbud for directional markings; you'll see an L and an R. Insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L into your left ear with the L facing you. Slightly angle the stem so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth, not straight down. You can also rotate the earbuds forward and backward until they feel comfortable. For detailed instructions on wearing your Galaxy Buds3, refer to the linked article below. Your insights help us understand what users seek in fit and design, and we appreciate you sharing them. Thank you for your feedback and for being part of the Samsung community.

Features removed from previous generations
on November 9, 2025

Compared to previous generations (I have had Galaxy Buds, Buds+, and Buds 2), the Buds 3 were disappointing, especially at their list price point. The Buds simply would not stay in my ears. The case does not have wireless charging, which all my previous models had. My previous buds had ambient sound, which is reserved for the pro model on the Buds 3. While I appreciated the attempt to have the microphone closer to be able to pick up speech better by having stems, I miss the fit and feel of previous generations. Pinching the stem is awkward compared to previous touch controls. The sound quality was admittedly good, for the short time I used them.
In short, they took away features I loved, increased the price, and the new features don't make up for what was lost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello there MikeS,
Thank you for taking the time to compare different generations of Galaxy Buds. You’ve clearly tested multiple models, and that experience is valuable. It seems your main concerns were the overall fit, tactile controls, and a preference for wireless charging like your previous models offered. While Galaxy Buds3 feature a sleek redesign and improved voice pickup with a closer microphone, they still deliver the well-known Samsung sound quality and quick pairing, making them easy to use. Each new generation introduces new features, and it’s helpful to know what longtime users value most. We appreciate your loyalty to various Samsung devices; it’s customers like you who drive innovation forward. Samsung Customer Care Team.
